The IAEA is the world’s center of cooperation in the nuclear field. It was set up as the world´s “Atoms for Peace” organization in 1957 within the United Nations family. The Agency works with its Member States and multiple partners worldwide to promote safe, secure and peaceful nuclear technologies.
IAEA è il centro per la cooperazione nel settore nucleare. E’ stato istituito nel 1957 all’interno della famiglia delle Nazioni Unite. L’Agenzia collabora con gli Stati membri e molteplici partner in tutto il mondo per promuovere le tecnologie nucleari in sicurezza e l’utilizzo pacifico delle stesse.
